Introduction:
The SW 9605 is a current sensor with a transmission impedance of 1Ω from Schwarzbeck (Germany), represented by EUTTEST Shenzhen for sales and after-sales service. The probe measures RF interference currents from 9 kHz to 80 MHz and is designed to measure RF currents on conductors or bundles of conductors up to a maximum diameter of 23 mm. The conversion ratio is 1:1 over the nominal frequency range, so receiver readings in dBμV correspond directly to current in dBμA. This corresponds to a transmission impedance of 1 W in a 50 W system or an insertion loss of 34 dB. This probe can also be used below the nominal frequency range, in which case the effects of the transducer in the graph must be taken into account. Above 30 MHz, the probe can be used for frequencies up to 80 MHz with a slight increase in measurement uncertainty.
