Introduction：
The S603 is a 1Ω high frequency current probe manufactured by Langer EMV and distributed by EUTTEST, available in the frequency range of DC-3GHz. The S603 meets the requirements of IEC 61947-4 for direct testing of 1Ω chip pins under test.
S603 Test Application:
S603 is different from P603, S603 is used to directly measure the high frequency (RF) current on the SMA connector (shown below) that is drawn from the pins of the IC integrated circuit and actually installed, and is mainly used toPower supply pins (Vdd/Vss)The measurements.
