Introduction:

P622 is a 0.1Ω high-frequency current probe manufactured by langer-emv in Germany and distributed by EUTTEST, P622 is an active 0.1Ω probe. The P622 is an active 0.1Ω probe, so a supply voltage from the back of the probe is required to drive the internal low-noise amplifier during testing.

P622 Test Application:

The P622 is a 0.1Ω probe with integrated preamplifier for direct measurement of high frequency currents on integrated circuit pins. It has a very low internal resistance and therefore has a smaller measurement error than the P603 type ammeter. For measurement, connect it to thePower pins (Vdd/Vss) or signal pinsUp.
