Introduction：
The P1601 is a magnetic field test probe for IC integrated circuits manufactured by langer-emv and marketed by EUTTEST, with a frequency range of up to 1 GHz. The metal housing is compatible with the GND25 connector and isolates it from external signal interference.
The role of P1601:
The RF Magnetic Field Probe has a 50 Ω RF measurement output. In order to locate magnetic currents in different directions, the RF magnetic field probe can be rotated 360° above the IC. With the help of a distance ring (3 or 10) mm, the RF magnetic field probe is located within a defined distance above the IC.

As shown in the figure above, the P1601 has a magnetic field probe on the bottom to grab the magnetic field on the surface of the IC and display it on the spectrometer.
