Introduction:
The NTFM 8158 is an ISN Impedance Stabilization Network for CAT6 cable manufactured by Schwarzbeck, Germany and authorized for sale by EUTTEST, Shenzhen, China. Required by CISPR 22:2005 or CISPR32, the ISN NTFM 8158 allows for the measurement of common-mode interference voltages on unprotected twisted-pair UTPs or communication ports with 2, 4, 6, or 8 wires. Performs common-mode interference voltage measurements. The device under test, the EuT, or the auxiliary equipment, the AE, can be connected using an RJ-45 network cable jack. Pin assignments follow EIA/TIA-T568A/B. The circuit principle of the NTFM 8158 is designed according to Figure D.3 of CISPR 22 Edition 5.2 and does not affect the transmission quality up to Gigabit Ethernet.
