Introduction:

The NNBM 8126-A890 is an asymmetrical single-wire LISN manufactured by Schwarzbeck, Germany and distributed by the authorized distributor Shenzhen EUTTEST. The main application is the measurement of RF conducted interference voltages in the HF-VHF range of 1 MHz-400 MHz according to the avionics component EMC test standard DO-160. The LISN can be used with continuous currents of up to 70 A, and can be used for short periods of time up to 100 A. The LISN can be used with a maximum current of 70 A and a maximum current of 100 A.

The NNBM 8126-A890 is tailored for aviation airborne equipment power supplies and can pass a supply voltage of up to 270 V at a supply frequency of 890 Hz. The resistors of the LISN used must be able to consume high power during aircraft operation and under extreme conditions of high voltage.

DO-160-compliant LISNs cannot be replaced with commonly used vehicle artificial networks. You need to select the NNBM 8126-A890 for testing avionics components based on the circuit principle requirements of the DO-160 standard, which requires an impedance characteristic of 5 μH + 5 Ω || 50 Ω.
