Introduction：
The LF1 set is a passive near-field probe sequence manufactured by Langer-EMV in Germany and distributed by EUTTEST. The LF1 near-field probe set contains four shielded passive near-field probes for measuring RF magnetic fields in the long, medium and short-wave regions on electronic modules during the R&D phase. Using the probes in the LF1 probe set, it is possible to step-by-step localize sources of interference radiation on integrated circuits. The LF-R 400 probe is used first to detect interference emissions from the module from a distance, followed by the higher resolution probes LF-B 3, LF-U 5 and LF-U 2.5 for more precise localization of the interference source. These probes can be used to measure individual pins, larger components and structural parts. These near-field probes are compact and lightweight, and are designed with skin current attenuation and electrical shielding. These near-field probes can be connected to the 50Ω input of a spectrum analyzer or oscilloscope. These near-field probes have an internal 50Ω termination impedance.
