ICR probes are used to measure near-field magnetic or electric fields with a preamplifier integrated into the probe housing. Adjustment screws on the housing allow the probe tip to be manually aligned with the probe housing.The ICR probe supports the collision protection feature of the langer scanner, which stops movement during vertical movement if the device under test is touched. The probe housing can also be mounted on other testers.
Attention! Due to its construction, the tip is very sensitive to shocks, therefore we recommend positioning the probe by means of the langer automatic positioning system.
