Introduction:

IGUU 2916 is a general-purpose pulse calibration signal generator produced by Schwarzbeck of Germany and authorized to be sold by EUTTEST of Shenzhen, designed for pulse weighting and overload testing of EMI measurement receivers, including the amplitude relationship calibration and repetition frequency calibration of EMI receivers.

Calibratable frequency bands:

The 2916 generator can be used for Bands A, B, C, D ( 9 kHz - 1000 MHz ) as required by CISPR 16.

Bangd A 9 kHz - 150 kHz 13.5 µVs
Bangd B 150 kHz - 30 MHz 0.316 µVs
Bangd C / D 30 - 1000 MHz 0.044 µVs

The EMI receiver calibration pulse generators IGLK 2914 (band A, 9 kHz-150 kHz and band B, 150 kHz-30 MHz) and IGU 2912 (band C/D, 30 MHz-1 GHz) from Schwarzbeck have been recognized as the global standard for decades. Its mechanically insulated contacts can generate spectrums in excess of 1 GHz with high voltage and accuracy. The generator covers the complete frequency range from 9 kHz to 1 GHz. Obviously, both relay contact generators (main generators) with 1-dB amplitude settings have been slightly modified, since there is still no alternative.
