Introduction:
The ICI-DP HH500-15 is an IC double-pulse fault injection magnetic field probe manufactured by Langer-EMV, Germany, with a tip diameter of 500 μm. The double-pulse magnetic field source ICI-DP HH500-15 injects fast transient magnetic field pulses into DUTs (e.g. ICs), and is specifically designed for EM Fault Injection (EMFI) in IC safety applications.
