Introduction:
ICI-DP HH500-15 set is a set of IC Failure Injection test set produced by Langer-EMV, Germany and authorized to be sold by Shenzhen EUTTEST agent, ICI-DP HH500-15 set is used to inject electromagnetic pulses with high temporal and spatial resolution into the safety-critical circuits of integrated circuits (Electromagnetic Failure Injection - EMFI). The unit can be used to generate single pulses. The set can be used to generate single pulses as well as double pulse sequences with a minimum pulse following time of 25 ns. The device consists of the high-voltage pulse source BPS 204 and the probe ICI-DP HH500-15. Fault pulses are fed through the ICI-DP HH500-15 probe and synchronized with the BPS, and the pulses can be synchronized with external function sequences. Parameters such as pulse voltage and polarity can be set via software.
