Introduction:
The ICI-DP HH250-15 is an IC double pulse fault injection magnetic field probe manufactured by langer in Germany with a tip diameter of 250 μm. The double pulse magnetic field source ICI-DP HH 250-15 injects fast transient magnetic field pulses into DUTs (e.g., IC integrated circuits), and is specifically designed for EMFI (EM Failure Injections) in IC safety applications. Designed for EM Failure Injection (EMFI) in IC safety applications. Using this probe, single pulses as well as double pulse sequences with a minimum pulse following time of 25 ns can be injected into ICs with precise timing and position.
With the "Sync" input, single or double pulses can be injected into the DUT's function sequence in a synchronized manner. The probe is powered and controlled by the pulse generator BPS 204.
