Introduction：
ICI-DP HH250-15 set is a set of IC Failure Injection Test Sets produced by langer-emv in Germany and authorized to be sold by EUTTEST Shenzhen, ICI-DP HH250-15 set is used for injecting electromagnetic pulses with high temporal and spatial resolution into the safety-critical circuits of integrated circuits (Electromagnetic Failure Injection - EMFI). The set can be used to generate single pulses as well as double pulse sequences with a minimum pulse following time of 25 ns. The device consists of a high-voltage pulse signal source BPS 204 and a probe ICI-DP HH 250 -15. Fault pulses are synchronized via the synchronization inputs of the ICI-DP HH 250-15 probe and the BPS, and the pulses can be synchronized with external functional sequences. Parameters such as pulse voltage and polarity can be set via software.
