The HT9464M provides a practical automated test solution for high-voltage isolation voltage testing and partial discharge testing of a wide range of chips, and is specifically designed to test the input-output isolation voltage of the following products:

This device ensures that the product under test meets the stringent specifications of IEC 60747-5-5, VDE 0884-10 / VDE 0884-11 and UL1577, as the HT-9464M is CE certified and complies with the following standards:
