Introduction：
The HT9464 High Voltage Isolation Tester and Partial Discharge Tester, manufactured by HT world Inc. and distributed by EUTTEST Shenzhen, ensures that equipment shipped meets the stringent isolation test specifications of UL and VDE-0083, as well as the Partial Discharge Requirements and Isolation Voltage Test Requirements of VDE-0884, the standard for testing digital isolator chips.

2023 has been newly launched (click): HT9464M High Voltage Isolation Tester (with touch screen operation and software automation test)
Differences from 9464M:
- Comparing the 9464 version to the 9464M version, both models are available in manual and automatic versions.
- The difference is that the 9464M comes with test software that can record voltage and Pass/Fail status at any time. The 9464 does not have software and cannot record data.
- The 9464 can only display either the actual voltage or current injected, not both. The 9464M can display both voltage and current and produce a test report.
- 9464 are knob setting parameters. 9464M is a software setting.
