Introduction:
FSE3D is a 3 GHz handheld electric field probe manufactured by Schwarzbeck, Germany and authorized by EUTTEST Shenzhen for sales and quotation service. The probe has a test frequency range of (10) 30 MHz - 3 (3.3) GHz, is lightweight with low attenuation, and has an outer diameter of approximately 150 mm. This handheld electric field probe consists of three identical active broadband dipoles arranged perpendicular to each other. At the rear is a shielded unit containing the switching and amplifier circuitry, which is connected directly to the N-type outputs and provides power and logic signals via Binder-connectors, which select the dipole to be turned on. The pin assignment allows use with the FSH 3/6 and FSH 4/8, popular handheld spectrum analyzers from Rohde & Schwarz. The RF transparent radome protects the probe from dust and moisture. Due to its lightweight construction, the probe can be mounted directly on the spectrum analyzer. In addition, the FSE3D can be fixed manually by means of a 50 mm shaft (sweep method) or by means of a 22 mm tube on a mast or tripod (rotary or grating method).
