The FCC-TEM-JM7D extends the operating frequency range beyond existing equipment and now allows emission and immunity testing of integrated circuits up to 3 GHz. The IC is mounted on a test fixture that is bolted into place. Once mounted, measurements can be made in accordance with IEC 61967-2 and -8, SAE 1752-3, and IEC 62132-8 up to 4 GHz. It is configured to accommodate a standard 100 mm x 100 mm test board as specified in IEC 61967-2.
