What's an F-52B?

The F-52B is a current probe for monitoring RF interference currents. The F-52B, which can be used for EMI testing, is an EMI monitoring current probe manufactured by FCC (Fischer Custom Communications, Inc.) in the United States and authorized to be distributed by EUTTEST Shenzhen.

Structure of the F-52B:

The F-52B is a clamp-on probe with a metal housing that can be used to measure high-frequency EMI currents in cables and transmission lines. The F-52B can be used for current monitoring for both CE and BCI testing. The F-52B clamp-on current probe measures RF currents from 10kHz to 400MHz, and can withstand 200A of sample operating current at DC-400Hz. The RF current measured by the F-52B will be fed back through the RF cable to the receiver or spectrometer for display.

The FCC F-52B is the replacement for the FCC F-52, which has been discontinued.

Meets test criteria:

The F-52B can be used for conducted interference emission testing as required by test standards such as CISPR32 , CISPR25 , DO160-SECTION21 and others.
