Introduction:

ES612A is the U.S. ESDEMC company produced by the Shenzhen EUTTEST company agent sales of electrostatic generator, the electrostatic generator can complete the device level of ESD-HBM, ESD-HMM, ESD-MM test program. The DC characterization port on the generator can be used with DC test equipment such as digital source meters to help determine the electrostatic damage threshold more easily. The ES612A can be extended with a multi-pin automation generator and can also be used as a step in the device QC specification process.

The ES612A Electrostatic Generator's pulse source design and injection method ensures waveform performance at the device under test. The device's built-in current probe automatically captures the waveform during pulse injection, which is used to determine the conduction level of the protection circuit. In addition, voltage waveforms can be captured by connecting an optional voltage probe to an oscilloscope. Since the device can also be extended to detect DC characteristics before and after ESD waveform injection, damage determination of ESD events is possible.
