Introduction:
EFS 9218 is a 300MHz active electric field probe produced by Schwarzbeck, Germany, and is also a small biconical antenna. This antenna is authorized to be sold and quoted by EUTTEST Shenzhen.
This antenna was originally designed to meet the growing demand for small, lightweight receiving antennas to cover the frequency range up to 300 MHz. Since the dipole length is very short compared to the wavelength, the symmetry had to be very high. Therefore, optimal symmetry was the main goal of this development and a very sensitive EMI test receiver had to be used to cover the full sensitivity of the EFS9218 without the use of an internal amplifier. Above 300 MHz we recommend that you choose another small logarithmic antenna with high gain and symmetry.

Charging Instructions:
The batteries in the EFS 9218 have a very low internal resistance value and are protected by a fuse, but in the event of a short circuit between the batteries, the insulation between the batteries burns out leading to a permanent internal short circuit, generating more heat. A damaged fuse will not prevent serious damage to the probe, so avoid shorting the charging connector by never opening the probe or charging it with inappropriate charging equipment.
