CDNE M2 Introduction:
CDNE M2 is a coupling and decoupling network produced by Schwarzbeck, Germany and authorized for sale by EUTTEST Shenzhen. Unlike the CDNE M3, the CDNE M2 is only suitable for EUT testing of two power lines.
Difference between CDNE and CDN:
Previously CDN coupling decoupling networks were generally used for measuring conducted emissions and conducted immunity tests, the structure and usage of CDNE is mentioned in the latest standard of CISPR15 from 2018, in contrast to coupling/decoupling networks (CDN) described in IEC/EN 61000-4-6, CDNE can inject very little power and is particularly suitable for measuring conducted emissions from luminaires with tighter impedance CDN can be used as a conducted immunity test, whereas CDNE cannot be used as a conducted immunity test, since CDN can be used as a conducted emission test for luminaires with tighter impedance tolerances.

Classification of CDNE:
Depending on the number of power cords in the EUT DUT, you can use either of the following two CDNEs for testing.
CDNE M2 Coupling Decoupling Network (L,N) (products from this page)
CDNE M3 Coupled decoupling network (L,N,GND)
CDNE M2 meets the criteria:
The CDNE M2 from Schwarzbeck, Germany, complies with the following conductive emission methods of the latest EMC test standards for luminaires.
CISPR 15-2018 or newer standards
EN 55015-2018 or newer standards
The main technical parameters of the CDNE M2:
The parameters of CDNE M2 and M3 are basically the same except for the frequency, so you only need to choose one model according to the number of cables to be tested.

CDNE M2 Optional calibration accessories:
The CDNE M2 and M3 require the same calibration fittings as the CDNE M2 and M3 when calibrating parameters such as voltage divider, decoupling, etc. There are a few different connections for calibration configurations and a number of auxiliary fittings are required in addition to those listed below Euttest can provide a complete set of calibration fittings for sale together, contact us for more information.
