Introduction:
CA 9260 is an artificial antenna network product designed and manufactured by Schwarzebck, Germany, and is authorized to be sold and quoted by EUTTEST Shenzhen. This device meets the requirements for Artificial Antenna Networks (AAN) as described in CISPR 25 Appendix B. This device is used to measure the impedance converter VHIC 9260 S21 for frequencies from 150 kHz to 6.2 MHz. Calibration of the impedance converter VHIC 9260 requires additional equipment such as a network analyzer, spectrum analyzer with tracking generator or signal generator with receiver. The EUT terminal of the CA 9260 must be connected without cable to the input of the VHIC 9260. The use of the calibration fixture is detailed in CISPR 25 Annex B or EN 55025 respectively. The calibration fixture has a BNC female input and a BNC male output (EUT).
Illustration of CISPR25 manual antenna network calibration:
The artificial antenna network should be calibrated according to the standard CISPR25 standard requirements before use, please follow the steps below for the calibration process.
- Defined frequency range is 9 kHz to 120 MHz, Pout = -20dBm;
- Perform a network analyzer pass-through calibration as shown below:
