Introduction:
The BPS 202 is a pulsed signal generator manufactured by langer, Germany, which can be used as a signal source for the ICI I900 L-EFT, ICI E450 L-EFT, and ICI 03 L-EFT probes to provide standard pulsed signals for the injection probes.
The BPS 202 is connected to the test computer via a USB connector and can be used with the BPS 202-client test software to start the test. In addition, an external trigger signal can be input to the back-end of the BPS 202 to control the trigger event and trigger delay time of the pulse injection.
During the test, you can use an oscilloscope to monitor the output current of the probe in real time and compare it with the output current of the BPS 202.
